999pkr Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "999pkr" / "the Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to the 999pkr online gaming platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://999pkr.org.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who registers an account on or accesses the 999pkr platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account held by a Player on the 999pkr platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR-denominated funds held within a Player's 999pkr Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalent value, cashback credits, or other non-cash incentives awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means PKR funds deposited directly by the Player from their own JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, or other accepted payment method.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, arcade games, and any other product features accessible through the 999pkr platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotional offer terms.
• "KYC" / "Know Your Customer" means the identity and age verification process, including CNIC verification, required by 999pkr before withdrawal privileges are activated.

By registering an Account on 999pkr, accessing any part of the platform, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between You and 999pkr. 999pkr reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 999pkr, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or director of 999pkr, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless express written permission has been granted.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from or permanently suspended by 999pkr or any affiliated platform.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

999pkr reserves the right to request CNIC documentation, selfie verification, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain exactly one Account on 999pkr. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify 999pkr immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• 999pkr will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• All activity conducted through your Account login session is deemed to have been carried out by you and you remain responsible for any resulting transactions.

All financial transactions on the 999pkr platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 999pkr does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. Applicable transaction fees, if any, are those levied by the Player's chosen payment provider and are outside 999pkr's control.

Accepted Payment Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, Raast, 1LINK, USDT TRC20, Retail Cash agents, and Debit Cards as listed on the platform.

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit limits are subject to the Player's account tier and KYC verification status.
• Deposits are credited to the Player's Account in real time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within standard banking processing times for bank transfers.
• Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Processing times during peak periods or public holidays in Pakistan may be extended.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• 999pkr reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if fraud, money laundering, or policy violations are suspected.
• Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds are held separately within the Account. Withdrawal requests are processed exclusively against Real Money Funds unless Bonus wagering requirements have been fully completed.

999pkr offers various promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and VIP rewards to eligible players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to these general Terms and the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which take precedence in the event of any conflict.

• Bonus offers are available to players who have registered a verified Account and meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion.
• Each welcome bonus is available once per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes fraud.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled using Real Money Funds and/or Bonus Funds as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, as stated at the time of the offer.
• Certain game categories — including live dealer tables, certain slot titles, and sports betting accumulators at odds below 1.50 — may contribute a reduced percentage or zero percentage toward wagering requirements. Refer to the specific promotion page for applicable contribution rates.
• 999pkr reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. If a Player is in the process of completing wagering requirements at the time a promotion is withdrawn, the Player will be permitted to complete those requirements within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.
• Any suspicion of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay, will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

All games and betting markets available on 999pkr are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer systems supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Play'n GO. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are published on the individual game information pages.

For sports betting and cricket markets, odds are set and adjusted in real time by 999pkr's odds management team. 999pkr reserves the right to:

• Void any bet placed on a market where a palpable error in odds has occurred, including manifest pricing errors.
• Suspend or close any sports betting market at any time without prior notice.
• Limit the maximum stake accepted on any market, or restrict a Player's access to certain markets, at 999pkr's sole discretion.
• Settle in-play bets using official match data from recognised cricket governing bodies including the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the International Cricket Council (ICC).
• Void bets if a match is abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled beyond the time limits specified in the individual sport's rules as published on the platform.

All game outcomes on 999pkr are final once the result has been officially registered by the game server or live dealer system. 999pkr does not accept claims based on misunderstanding of game rules. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999pkr platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tools to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting bugs, software errors, or vulnerabilities in any game, sports market, or platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to guarantee mutual profit at the platform's expense.
• Any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under applicable law.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent KYC documentation during the verification process.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming controls, self-exclusion measures, or deposit limits imposed by the Player or by 999pkr.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials to access or transact on the platform.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals fraudulently. Any confirmed fraudulent chargeback will result in the debt being pursued through all available legal remedies.
• Engaging in match-fixing, inside information exploitation, or any corrupt practice in relation to sports betting markets.

999pkr is committed to the highest standards of responsible gaming. All responsible gaming tools are available directly within Account Settings and take effect immediately upon activation.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Requests to lower a deposit limit are effective immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the threshold is reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Timers: Players may set a maximum gaming session duration. An alert is displayed when the time limit is approaching, and the session ends automatically when the limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period, the player's Account is restricted from gaming activity while withdrawals of available Real Money Funds remain accessible.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from 999pkr. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and remains in force for a minimum of 6 months, after which a formal reinstatement request with a cooling-off review is required. 999pkr will use reasonable efforts to identify and close any duplicate accounts held by a self-excluded player.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 999pkr platform without express prior written consent from 999pkr.
• Third-party game content, logos, and trademarks displayed on 999pkr remain the property of their respective owners and are used under applicable licensing agreements.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit regarding the platform may be used by 999pkr without compensation or attribution.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999pkr's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or the services shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 999pkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• 999pkr does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party network interruptions, or force majeure events.
• 999pkr accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms or from the Player's reliance on information provided on the platform that is subject to change.
• In the event of a manifest error in game outcomes, odds, or account balances — including but not limited to software errors or human errors resulting in clearly incorrect results — 999pkr reserves the right to void affected transactions and correct Account balances accordingly.

999pkr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected includes CNIC information, contact details, payment method details, gaming history, and technical data such as IP addresses and device identifiers. This data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes.

999pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity.
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age.
• A valid self-exclusion request made by the Player or a legally authorised third party on behalf of the Player.
• A court order or regulatory instruction requiring the suspension or closure of the Account.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month, deducted from the Real Money Balance until either the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the Player.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, 999pkr reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any and all balances held in the Account, including Real Money Funds, pending a fraud investigation. Any forfeiture of Real Money Funds will only occur where fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity has been confirmed and is proportionate to the confirmed breach.

999pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 999pkr will provide notice to registered Players via email to the address registered on the Account and/or via a prominent notification on the platform.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of a clause, or changes required by regulatory updates — may be made without formal notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly for all amendments.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which 999pkr holds its operating licence. 999pkr operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 999pkr, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Direct Resolution: The Player should contact 999pkr's customer support team in the first instance by emailing [email protected] with full details of the dispute. 999pkr aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt.
• Step 2 — Escalated Review: If the Player is not satisfied with the initial resolution, the dispute may be escalated to 999pkr's compliance department for a senior review. The Player will be notified of the outcome within a further 14 business days.
• Step 3 — External Adjudication: If resolution cannot be reached internally, the Player may seek adjudication through the independent dispute resolution body designated by 999pkr's licensing authority, as notified to players from time to time.

Pending the outcome of any dispute resolution process, neither party shall take any action that would prejudice the other's position in the dispute.
